i had a contract with use under my number , virgin then offered me a 02 sim as part of my package I changed sim and requested the same number be kept , in the chnage over I’ve been locked out of the 02 app which wont allow me back in as saying my account if not activated yet but then when I input number also saying I already have an account as number is register to someone else (me) can this be sorted so I can gain access to my account again
