For some reason i can't seem to sign into the application "Oops. My o2 isnt available to you yet. If youre new to O2, it can take up to 48 hours for your account to be ready. If its been longer than 48 hours, get in touch and we'll look into it for you." But for some reason i can sign in through a browser but not the application. No control over my account or what plan i can take.

Try deleting the app and rebooting before down loading it again.

I have tried doing that multiple times and to this day the app is still giving the same error.
Using another phone is giving the same error as well. It's definitely an account issue and calling O2 is no help as they just ask you to reboot, uninstall, offer to send a new sim ( not sure why), clean sim card ... totally unrelated issues.
