Need 2 x payg sims sent to me

Struggling to get 2 x payg sims sent to me.
Tried the app (has a form but does not complete). Browser does the same after giving all the info. Phoning from my o2, dosen't have a section to order a new sim and refers to covid (fair enough). Virtual ch t on myapp is not running at present and there is no direct phone number to ring. I just require the sims sent in the post. Any ideas? Maybe my settings are blocking something, butI have allowed all cookies erc (I am no expert though). Thanks in advance and thanks for letting me join the community.

Tried Microsoft using their browser. Each time with all the methods I tried it says

"Something went wrong. Looks like your lost". Then refers back to homepage and off we go again. Maybe o2 are not taking any more new business at the moment? A phone call to them would bring 2 new accounts.

I would try calling or go to the shop where Live chat has popped up twice for me this morning

I used one of the phone numbers on the list and eventually got through to the right dept. They are sending the sims. Will let you know how we all got on. Bit disappointed that these phone numbers don't show on their main shop buying o2 page, but I will keep them now for reference. Thanks both of you, once again. Looking forward to using o2!

So glad you are sorted. The numbers were only garnered by us through various sources when the pandemic crisis started. When we go back to normal (whatever normal is) I doubt we will be allowed to give them out

Oh yes they are a Siberian Lynx and a Cheetah. I am a great lover of big cats.

I have two normal cats of my own though.
