Hello, I've run into a problem.
Yesterday I changed my O2 account password. No problem there.
Today I went into my 'MyO2' account and noticed a mobile number was missing. I have 4 numbers on my account, today there are only 3. I can't remember pressing 'remove number', I'm usually careful not to, so thinking I must have done that, I selected 'add O2 products and services' to add my number back on.
However, once I enter the code from the text sent, it then says it is unable to add my number for O2 products and services? What could be happening here? This number has been associated with my 02 account for years.

Hello, thanks for your reply. I've just signed myself out of the MyO2 app, and signed back in again, to have another go at adding my number, but this time in 'add 02 products and services' my number has reappeared. It is now at the bottom of the list, and appears when you tap 'one more number'.
BUT its not included on the main list of numbers at the top of the app in 'accounts' on the MyO2 app where your credit and other things are normally displayed. This suggests a bug with the app, rather than anything I've done?
UPDATE: I've logged out of 'MyO2' app and logged back in and everything is fine! My number is now displayed with the rest on the list just as it should be, so what caused this fluke I don't know. These things are sent to try us! 😃👍
