My mom took out a contact for me when I was younger but since I was 18 I have paid they contact via my personal bank accounts direct debit.
I was told to change the name on the account I needed to end the contract and take a new one out (or she had to do something but she now lives abroad so it’s hard)
I finished the contract December, fully paid and took out a brand new contract and phone in my name.
I just want to keep the old number from the old contract but transfer it to the new contract. I’ve called and spent hours on the phone, my mom has provided a ownership password so it can be transferred but it hasn’t.
ive cancelled the old contract so worried the number will disappear?
