Im Abroad and I cant send even sms to Uk, what kind of tariff I have to choose.

Hello everybodu, Im now abroad in my Mother Country Latvija, with a normal Big Bundle r roll on plan I cant send even sms Back to uk, What kind of tariff I have to choose to rech somebody by sms in Uk  bonddles and Roll on plans doesnt work... Also Me no posibble to to calling. How Can I Swich my plan to standart rates, Please help me..

@Rolands1 If you download WhatsApp you can call and text anyone in the UK or in the world over a WiFi connection for free if they also have the app.
