How to return faulty "like new" device

Hi all.

I bought at last week headset, and after delivered I found is dead on arrival.

So, regarding email with order confirmation I send email to care@o2... but surprisingly this canal not working.

Inside is the next canal: use chat. But after click to link is again server not working...

I try a call to cust service, but I do not have success 😞 partially because I have some trouble at oral communication.

When I use a form from the website, this redirects me to repair section, but I prefer to return not fix.

The device is still with all plastic covers, but I need to return.

How to return by email / or by working chat?

Any suggestions?

Use the change of mind form. If faulty you have 28 days to return it.
