Hello, I’ve moved over to pay as you go and I’d forgotten all about the balance summary notifications after every single text and phone calls, so I called in to 4445 and was assured by the customer service advisor that she had removed it—— unfortunately she hasn’t. So pleeeeeeease can someone help me outtttt!

many thanks in advance

Hi @Sweetleigh

Only customer services can do that for you, so you need to call them again I'm afraid.

It's 4445 or message them on social media.

If you message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this.
