Hi at the moment I pay £10 per month I get unlimited text and call with 7gb data I'm just wondering if there is any chance I could Lower the text and calls for unlimited data thanks

As you have posted in the PAYG section, I presume you are on a Big Bundle tariff. The only way to get more data is to choose a different bundle. You can have 7GB, 20GB, 30GB or 100GB. Obviously, the price per Bundle would increase accordingly.

AFAIK All the plans now come with unlimited data and text so the answer would be no, as you can't trade one for another

This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
