Make sure you are connected to a Greek Network and the phone has not strayed to a neighbouring country, by searching and manually choosing.
I notice you have posted in PAYG. If that is the case it is unlikely you will be able to make and receive calls as you need 4G Calling which is not available to PAYG customers
This is not O2 and we are all customers here similar to yourself and cannot answer account type queries.
