To switch to Big Bundles, you can visit o2.co.uk/myo2 or call 2202 which is free from your O2 mobile and select a Big Bundle to transfer to. If you're switching to Big Bundles from another tariff, you won't receive your new inclusive monthly Big Bundle allowance until your next tariff monthly renewal date.

It's I have a 15 pound data bundle but I've ran out of data n don't know how to cancel it so I can get another one as can't contact anyone x

You can't cancel it. You need to wait until your anniversary date and top up more if you want to increase it.

you could buy a data bolt on if you need it.
