Dear O2,
Please consider to send message for customers to let them know if they ran out of bolt on (if it's all used or just expiring) before u start to charge for "extra" usage. It would be really nice. It could give a chance to buy a new bolt on instead of paying a lot more money for only a day usage.(£2/ day data)

I surly can check it, but I don't think you got what I meant there.
I receive tonns of offers and offer reminders from O2 but no reminder what would be more important and actually costing money.
It would be really nice to receive a reminder before I run out of bolt on because (probably I'm not the only one about ) I have to keep thousand of other things in mind...
