Hi
Is billing done through Talktalk for o2?
Ie 'my broadband and mobile ' on talk talk account?
In both 02 and Talktalk I seem to be getting billed for mobile.
Any idea please?

Thanks

It should just be o2 billing you for mobile @Amae

You'll have to check with TT why they are still billing you.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

@Amae

Talk talk moved their mobile contracts to O2 but they continue with broadband, so if you have both mobile and BB you will be billed by both companies.

Thanks.
But then why are both companies showing charges for mobile ?
Talk talk Broadband +Mobile ?
I know they moved to o2 so are they collecting for them through B+M billing??
Thanks

Thanks for your help.
Unfortunately it is very difficult to relay what the TT app /billing is doing in real-time to CS,as they seem to have completely different info to what is shown in my account.
That's always been the case though!
But the fact that amounts (for fixed term contract s at least) seem to change depending on what I use to access my account (TT app or online) is a concern.
I've not been able to get a satisfactory answer as to why they still include 'Broadband+Mobile' to their payment options if they're not collecting for O2,and no longer offer Mobile services...
Not sure what to make of this to be honest..
Thanks anyway M15 .

I think you need to be much firmer with TT and demand they justify what they are billing you for.
You may need to make a complaint if their customer service aren't helping you.
