Big bundle top up

I topped up my PAYG big bundle after having a text from O2 saying"too up £10 and we'll give you 50 GB of data" I did this on Saturday, and had a message saying my balance for data was 7gb. I rang O2 who said 24 hrs to add the extra data. I had a text on Sunday saying the extra data had been added yet when I checked myO2 it still shows 7gb of data and it is now Monday. How do I get my extra data that O2 sold me

@Bugz  - The extra data usually gets added after a few days. You can use your phone as normal whilst you wait.
