hi. It says on my bank account there is a payment going out for £30 to 02 UK Pay Go Reading GB . I don’t know what this is. Has anyone else had this?

It could equally @Gerald be payment for a Rolling Plan. I suggest that you ask O2. This is a customer to customer community with no access to customer accounts.
