Solved: Balance

Hi, my phone is on the £5 bundle.

Mobile date switched on only for life365 and find my phone apps. No calling or texting, whatsapp only on wifi.

Still, £2 disappear per day!

Any advice appreciated.

O2 reserve £2.00 from your balance each time you use data.

At the end of the data session use the actual cost is calculated and any difference refunded.

If you use £2.00 worth of data there is nothing to refund so your balance will decrease by that amount each time.
