Hi, guys
I have closed my O2 account and pay all my bill, but I still have 2 questions
1. Will O2 send me an email to inform me that my account has been successfully closed? Because after I close my account and received an email saying that I have to pay the final bill, I notice that I still have to pay for a bill. Now, I have paid that. Will I still receive an email to inform me that my closed account has successfully paid for the overdue bill
2. I want to ask, as a closed account, does this situation looks normal? Because I do not have any service but on the Billing history, unpaid bill , it said “Your first bill will be ready on 26 May “ if not, what should I do?
