Hello. I have rejoined O2 yesterday and I made a new account for my pay as you go, and signed it up with the phone number on the sim as i wanted to get the free £10 credit however customer support didn't understand what I was talking about with the credit, so I went ahead and transferred my number into O2. But it went to my old email and account and I have access to it but I want to delete it so I can use my new account. The old accounts email was deleted so thats another reason why I want to delete the old account. Is there any way to do this? I know that we are all customers on here but I'm sure there might be some gurus willing to help? thanks.

Claim the free credit by texting Free10 to 21500 before your number transfers, or you won't be able to claim it.

For the email issue, If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

The credit didn't work yesterday, so I just gave up with it. I did message them on Facebook but they haven't replied yet. Thanks for the help though.
