OnePlus took a business decision not to support o2's 5G bands, nothing to do with o2.
I would take it up with oneplus, there is a whole thread on there forums

o2 wont help you with this im afraid.
Just to add you posted this in Pay As You GO, and o2 dont support 5G on PAYG, so you would have to have a contract and a supported handset.
