My 02 account doesn't let me open my o2 app ,its installed an i log in but when I want to check my devices it says log in or download the app

First thing to try is deleting the My O2 app and reinstall. If there's no improvement then message O2 on Facebook ( https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter ( https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram ( https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
