voicemail set up but not kicking in

i have a samsung s7 edge, got in september 2016, only realised a couple of months ago the voicemail wasnt set up, i have now activated this (if i hold down 1 on the key pad it rings and gives me options etc) however when i call my phone the answer phone never kicks is, i dont have TUgo and ive tried 1750 and 1760 but it just bleeps anyone have any ideas?

its working! had to dial ##02# got an error message then when i called 1750 it worked!

##02# clears all diverts so it was diverting directly to vm as suspected.

I'm not sure why that code would work as it's invalid unless it was a typo.

To cancel all diverts the code is ##002#
