Live chat with O2 customer services

How come Live Chat is never available with Customer Services? I've tried to call Customer Sevices alot and every time the wait is "over 15 minutes". How does one speak to the team there?

Far better to speak to real person. Particularly if this is an account based query...

Call early in the morning around 8-8.30 is the best time.
