O2 do not normaly divulge this information unless it is a very large number of customers affected or it lasted for a long period of time the only way to keep track is on the live status page here https://status.o2.co.uk/ if a known network issue exists it will show there .

@Anonymous Could have been a faulty mast in your area or because of the terror attack in Manchester there would have been considerable numbers of people phoning each other

This was about Half 7 last night got through to 02 about 9 theysaid thousands of customers had been effected so nothing to do with terror attack...

Could be any number of things but no one on here will know and I doubt customer service would know either.

all sorted now! plus i have wifi calling, was justa pain in the ****** as i was out at the time and trying to deal with a sick relative! not fun
