how do i get wifi calling activated

I have just bought a sim and it says i need to enable wifi calling - but it doesnt activate what do i do when i can not call anyone

The advice you posted is of no value. The OP is having the same issue as me. You cannot activate wifi caling or VOLTE from within MyO2 which is the issue as O2 seem to not to be dealing with any calls other than "urgent matters".

If you can't get it to work then you need to call O2 to get it activated on your account

All numbers are in this guide. The one ending 4005 seems to work best.

Either way you need to try ANY number or press ANY option even fraud. They will help whatever dept you get through to. @TheEdge65
