Solved: free 6 months Apple Music

When I purchased my new phone I was told It came with 6 months free Apple Music. How do I access this? I haven't received any information from o2, and can't get an answer from the chat bot, and customer services is unavailable..?

O2 should have text you the info.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
