Help - I have bought a new mobile and sim, decided to stop with 02, big mistake after 3 phone calls and bring told each time my new mobile will have my old number transferred over within 24 hours and it still has not happened. Any suggestions on how to get this rectified??? As at the moment paying for 2 contacts ver frustrating!!!

If you are moving from another network you need to give o2 your PAC code.
If you are moving from one o2 contract to another you need to migrate your number, again by contacting customer services.
Guide: Migration & porting into O2

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
