No Signal

I havent had a signal for 3 dAYS NOW. i HAD A MESSAGE LAST WEEK SAYING IT WOULD BE AFFECTED ON THE 14TH AND ONLY INTERMITTANTLY BUT ITS GONE COMPLETELY AND HAS BEEN FOR 3 DAYS NOW!

I’ve just tried to upgrade my phone. Needed to pay the remainder which I’ve done and the money has come out of my account but no confirmation of order and it keeps saying that there’s an error. Anybody else experienced this?
