I need access to my bills for April-Sept 2023 but, they are not available on O2 because I was switched from Virgin. I can't access virgin mobile anymore as it takes you straight to O2, so how do I get hold of my old bills?

Payment Management opening hours:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

It might be worth contacting Virgin on 0345 454 1111 and they should be able to provide them, not sure if the Virgin Mobile Number is still working 0345 6000 789 , but that might be another option..
