Wi-Fi and 4g calling

I was curious. So I fished around for info.

As you can see these options are greyed out. Is that a firmware lock or a deliberate restriction put in place by o2.

What phone do you have.

it will more likely be the request of o2. 

If if it doesn’t have o2 approved firmware, then it may not be compatible on there network for Wi-fi and volte

Ot could be that there testing it and they haven’t approved it.

could be its go generic built in settings and not just enabled.

I wondered if it's because it is not in root mode that the setting can't be overridden. It's the latest software so it's a bit having a feature that can't be used. Even with an unlocked handset.

It's a lg g6 and it works on different networks. So the volte definitely needs. Which LTE channel does o2 use for volte. When I get a new handset I want to make sure it supports it.
