Hi I moved to o2 about 18 months ago from Tesco Mobile. My voicemail has never worked.
When people call and it should go to voicemail it doesn't. They get "It has not been possible to connect your call. Please try again later"
I've spoken to o2 about 10 times and have tried various things but nothing has resolved it.
Wonder whether anyone can help in here?
