Yes - It is a fitbit one.

But there has been no corresponance & and I can not view this order on MY O2 - There is no option for other things bought !

Everything above (as said by @viridis) is correct. If you want this for Christmas you may be better off cancelling and going elsewhere...:smileysad:

Call CS and get a refund.
No orders will show as there is no order.
O2 have failed to inform many customers of issues with their orders and it seems there has been a problem with the ordering process of the Fitbit's.

Cancel your order and buy it on Amazon. They're a couple of quid more, but you're guaranteed to get it instead of all this out of stock but they don't tell you nonsense.
