Earlier today both my wife and I received the following

No problem, 30 quid of m&s vouchers is a pretty welcome gift this time of year.....
So off we trot to m&s online (as it said to) find what we're gonna get and then reopen priority on the missus phone to put hers through (I know sometimes it's a time limit so I "saved for later")
Went into "my priority, the gift was still there, clicked on it, then clicked "redeem"
Been doing that for half an hour now on BOTH phones.

I realise that ..which is why I said pathetic. It just adds to the whole theory that Priority is worse than useless. I would actually question whether the 'Gift to you' ever existed..? Must have been a real joy you and the wife trailing into town with your kids in tow (who knows) and having that disappointment. #wasteoftime.
