Your deposit will be returned by your 4th bill. You have to show you have paid the first three bills on time.

Providing you have paid your first 3 bills on time and in full, you can get the deposit returned on your 4th bill, but you need to speak to O2 directly by calling 202 from your O2 phone.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
