Would fit the recent suggestion that o2 are bulking up to increase sale value.

Could Three be considering a sweep. Regulators are warming to the idea of 3 networks in each country.

Arghb ok but then given Vodafone and sky have recently done some deals regarding broadband and content i think it is more likely to be a Vodafone offer

Yes that report is about 5 weeks old.

There have been various reports out recently indicating Vodafone and Sky in detailed discussions (although nowhere have I read exclusive)

I can't see the monopolies commission  allowing a sale to EE....my money is still on BT or one of the American big boys.

BT or Sky will take o2 or EE. Either both will be bought out by the Broadband/TV providers
