Hi In August, I upgraded with a new 36 month contract with a device plan and a special offer of the first six months of the airtime plan for free. Later in August they took payment for both plans - when I asked why they said the free six months would start in September - and in September when they took payment for both plans, I was told to ring 202. When I rang 202 there was a 30 minute wait to talk to someone. Has anyone else had the same problem? Regards Ann

I would call Customer Services as I haven't seen anyone else on this, and unfortunately long call waits are the norm across most CS teams 😞
