The O2 app showed me some Extras to choose from in December. Disney+ was showing as ‘FREE’ for 3 different Disney subscription services. When selecting this Extra, there were no details about having to join a subscription, or being charged on my next bill. I selected the Disney Premium option as it said it was free, and I had an email asking me to redeem this Extra. I did this, so now why am I being charged for the next six months? Why would something be advertised as free if it isn’t?

You need to contact O2.
