You need to contact O2.
All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling.
Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
You can also try saying "Upgrade" or "Fraud" to be connected to an advisor.
8.00am is the best time to call if you can.

@Rberrington9

You should also report it to action fraud with as much detail as you can.

Thank you for your help

i am a little relieved after an emotional 4 hours panic

Humberside police was helpful after waiting for a callback because they was busy

I took M15's advice and signed into Action Fraud

that was hard work because twice I filled in the issue and took too long and it timed out,

TIP type your issue in word first then copy and paste to form.
I managed to cancel 2 Direct Debits form my mobile banking
TIP screen shot the DD numbers as O2 need these numbers to find your new accounts.

Nationwide Fraud was helpfulish, and did say that they would refund and payments via Direct Debit

O2 was helpful to confirm the add and accounts were cancelled and are now under fraud investigation

A big relief @Rberrington9 and I hope this all has no lasting impact on your credit file

I would recommend checking it in a few weeks for peace of mind
