Scam phone call

Hello

I received a call from this number today 0203912 1277 day they we’re calling from O2 and wanting to give me a refund/ reduction on my bill… that would be wonderful, but I got suspicious and said I was busy. The caller, and Indian gentleman, said he could me call later!  I’ve blocked the number but wanted to share… does O2 call you offering a discount on your bill???
