Refund for Non Delivered Online Order

I placed order ms-[removed] at the beginning of July. The goods were never received and the courier returned to sender. Please can someone confirm when the refund will be processed? or who I can talk to about this please?

You will need to contact customer services. They will need to confirm receipt of the order back to them, and they should then process your refund within a few days. Sadly, unless you chase, there are a number of occasions where parcels have been returned but no logged on the system so the customer doesn't get the refund.
