Hello,
I received an email, advising I was due a refund for account number - [MOD EDIT: Personal info removed]. I cannot enter into the account as I have left the network now, and am no longer with O2. I cannot sign into my02 for this account, as the email attached to it is no longer in use. I have had to create a new my02 account to message you. Please can someone contact me to take my account details to send the refund over.

The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm
