Redeeming of offer

Hi, 

When I upgraded my phone, I was provided with a deal to purchase a pair of Beats Flex Wireless headphones for £1 instead of £69.99. 

I was sent a reminder message today to claim this offer and when I clicked on the link and added my personalised discount code, it came up with an error message saying- you can’t use this promo code as it’s assigned to someone else. 

My offer code for this item expires on the 6th August so please can I have a work around for this as soon as possible please?
