URGENT HELP!!! from a frustrated customer, I am still waiting after a number of calls to O2 Customer Service, being passed from one advisor to another, numerous calls to O2 managers, face to face visit to advisor at a local O2 Store, and final advice given to email Complaint Review Service regarding problem with porting my old number (held for 30+ years) from '3' Network Pay Monthly Contract to O2 PAYG Rolling Monthly Plan...what ideally should take at most 48 hours hours upto date now 24 days and STILL NO RESOLUTION or update call to let me know what is happening....is there anybody actually doing anything to resolve this....if this had happened to anybody else and managed to get a positive solution please let me know what you did.

I'm sorry but you have to keep on to O2.
We're just customers like you but it sounds as if you need someone to access your account which can't be done from here
