Problem in India

Anonymous
Not applicable
I arrived in India on 27 Oct and my iPhone 5 worked well, until I entered Bhutan, where it not connect to either of the local carriers. I am now back in India and it recognises the existence if Ll the local carriers, including those to which I have connected before, but it will not connect. It has taken the local time and venue OK. Two other members of my party, also on O2, have same problem. Any ideas please?

Assuming your accounts are all in order it wouldn't be anything O2 could have any influence on.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

If it's affecting different people I would suspect a local problem.
