Potential or suspicious scam calls and texts

Hi. I was wondering if anyone can be of help.

I received a phone call today from someone who claims to be working from O2 today at approximately 15:10pm.

The individual on the phone states that i will receive a 50% discount on the remainder of my sim only contract.

Also, stated that i will get a free gift. Either a tablet or a smart watch.

The individual phone looked very "convincing" until it started to ask for my security code & secrity question.

I put the phone down as i feared this looked a scam call.

I recieved the following numbers for calls & texts.

If someone who works for O2 can confirm whether these above numbers are O2 or not & take any necessary action.

These are not o2 and o2 will not call you to offer discounts or "free gifts" 

You need to report these to o2 following the details here Scams and Phishing | Help & Support | O2

I have emailed the above numbers to O2 scam mailbox, so hopefully they can take the appropriate action.
