Solved: Phone repair on insurance

My microphon erecently stopped working and i am using my insurance to fix it, O2 are sending a courier for the phone but have said there will be an additional charge on my next bill for the use of the courier but havent specified the amount, does anyone know how much it will be?

Also ask why you are being charged?
