The opening times are:

I too have a problem paying an outstanding bill. According to my bank, when entering a credit card number there is a payment request, but the requested amount from O2 Payments is NULL. It looks like an IT problem in which a process was not properly audited. The O2 side only speaks of a problem with the payment, but it cannot be because there is more than enough money available in the bank. Can you fix that please? The process calling the payment-team is a pain. Thank you.
