I am trying to cancel my contract. The only way I can find is to call 202, however this is a sim only contract data only. How else can I contact them.

After many hours trying to get through on the number above I finally got through. I cancelled the contract already in place as I no longer use it, (data only sim) or so I thought. I took another contract for tablet and sim, however the email sent to me asked to log in to confirm however they STILL need verification via text sent to the O2 number !!!??? I cannot access text on this number. If I just leave it my question is, will it auto cancel after 72 hours as stated in the email or will I still be charged. O2 are impossible to deal with if you dont have an O2 mobile...........
