I've been using O2 WiFi for a while now, and it's working really well.
However, I can't say the same for the "My O2 WiFi" site. With my correct user name, and irrespective of what password I give, I get a "An error has occurred" screen. The only way into my account is to claim I forgot my password, get a one-time passcode texted to me, and I'm in - after resetting my password.
Of course, this new password doesn't work either. And, under the "Get Help" link, there is no option "This website is broken, who do I contact?". Advice would be appreciated, someone fixing the site even more so.
