Same thing - sent in an iphone6s in perfect condition having been offered £125 - received a derisory offer of £25. Revised ato £50 after calling htem.
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE IT IS A RIP OFF.
I am now going to cancel my contract and go elsewhere.

It's very common as you are certainly not alone. I would never risk sending them my phone. Ask for it back and hope they haven't damaged it out of spite. Check also the IMEI number is the same as the one on your box or receipts. Then take it to CEX or sell it privately. For the derisory £50 I would pass it on to a family member.
I find it disgusting that they up the original offer but you have to phone up. A joke of a company.
