Hi, 
I was wondering if anyone could help me I'm missing a confirmation email for the £3 gift card from last week, I emailed on Tuesday but never got a reply and I won another £3 giftcard today. Do you have an email I can try or person to message to assist this?
 
I have checked Junk and searched the email you normally get for prizes. This seems a continuing issue when I win on Blue Monday, I have never received a confirmation email.

Check your Spam folder in your e-mail, @Dan567 

And contact O2 Priority from the gear wheel top right of the Your Account.

Hi, I checked spam never anything from 02 in the folder and did what you suggested I think that just reports an issue rather than emails them. Currently still awaiting reply from priority and missing two rewards.
